BIOL 250 - GENERAL ECOLOGY
General Ecology covers the full spectrum of relationships between organisms and their biotic and abiotic environments, emphasizing the principles of natural selection, adaptation and evolution. Lab component comprises field and laboratory experiments demonstrating fundamental concepts of ecology from the level of the individual to the ecosystem. Six class hours per week. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 120 and 121; eligibility for MATH 120.


Prerequisites:
(Undergraduate Level level BIOL 120 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate Level level BIOL 121 Minimum Grade of C) and ( ACT - Math 21 or SAT - Mathematics 500 or ACT15 - STEM Score 21 or SAT15 - Math Section Score 500 or Accuplacer - Coll Level Math 90 or Next-Gen Accu - Algebra/Stats 261 or Next-Gen Accu - Algebra/Fnctns 250 or Undergraduate Level level MATH 119 Minimum Grade of C or Undergraduate Level level MATH 119E Minimum Grade of C)
