C J 380 - CRIM PROC-ARRST/SEARCH/SEIZURE
A study of the historical development of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The course will focus on Supreme Court interpretations of the Bill of Rights as they apply to arrests, searches and seizures. The emphasis will be placed on the 4th, 5th and 14th amendments to the U. S. Constitution. Prerequisite(s): CJ 101, 223, 224, 225, 226 and junior standing.


Prerequisites:
